I should say one of the most renown and famous dog lovers. Queen Elizabeth is well known for her love of her Corgis. It's also known that she has become devastated at the loss of any of her beloved Corgis.

The Corgi is a herding dog and very smart. We had a Corgi along with an Airedale, and when the Airedale passed we got a Fox Terrier for company for our Corgi. The Fox Terrier having a more mischievous nature would sneak up behind our Corgi and bite her tail, and the chase was on, which is what the Fox Terrier wanted anyway!
